Funky J is an old school PC gamer. He remembers sitting in front of his TV til 4am on school nights trying to break his best friends score in California Games on C64. He also fondly recalls hours of trying to get Doom to work over his friend's dad local network, only to pass out about half an hour into the game.
However, as he spent all his money on party favours and music during the late 90s, the Xbox seemed like the perfect replacement for his aging computer, and was bought with little thought on where this would lead.
After a few unfortunate encounters in the online realm, where he asked inane questions like "So, this plugs into a TV?" and "Where's the Start Button?" he found a link to Xbox World, the friendliest xbox community in Australia.
And you know what? They were! They even let him write for the site... suckers!
He also works for Australia's biggest gaming company, and has helped make games on PS2, PSP, PS3, Wii, PC, Xbox and Xbox 360.
