Dylan Burns
A gamer for most of his life, Dylan remembers fondly annoying his parents as a pre-teen until they caved in and bought him a Game Boy, then a SNES, and pretty much every console up until he was able to scrimp and save enough for his first legitimate purchase – an Xbox!
Known in some circles as ‘that guy who writes for game mags’, Dylan is a loyal member of, and contributor for, Xbox World, which may or may not have something to do with a video tape currently kept deep inside Shane’s inner sanctum with the label ‘Dylan – blackmail tape’.
Often a lurker on the forums, Dylan cuts his reviewing teeth mostly on RPGs, driving games, FPS and action titles. Not many of these genres are conducive to deep analysis, but they all inevitably fall victim to Dylan’s obsessive, philosophy degree-driven scrutiny. He also thinks that ‘susurrus’ is an awesome word, second only to ‘obsequious’.
