New Australian pricing revealed for Xbox 360
posted 02/07/08
Microsoft have announced new Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) for each edition of the Xbox 360 console. Personally I was hopeing for news that the 20GB hard drive might have been replaced by a larger one by default.
Seeing as Microsoft keep increasing the size of the XBLA releases, no doubt I'm going to run out of room eventually (currently 3GB free), what with all the downloadable tracks I'll be buying once Rock Band 2 finally arrives...
FYI also, if you're unaware, Big W start their 'Big Toy Sale' this week and the Xbox 360 Arcade console is going to be $278.00. That's one hell of a price and even cheaper than a Nintento Wii. Of course there's no hard drive in the Arcade console, and I doubt if even the 5 free Arcade games it comes with would fit on the useless 256MB memory card that's included... anyhoo...
Check out the page in the Big W catalogue here.
