Hi,
I saw a post earler today where someone had to send their XBox 360 back to NZ (Auckland) when they were in Australia. I couldn't reply then and can't find the message now - but I have to send mine back too (I have the Open Tray problem)and while the email says Auckland, the packing label in the PDF they attach has an address in NSW. I called MS back and they confirmed that for Australia the NSW address is correct. So make sure you send it there, not to Auckland.
