i hoping to get some useful feedback regarding video quality when using KVM switch with LCD monitor and xbox360.

i'm looking at something like this

KVM (http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=95_88&products_id=18133)

i read that KVM reduces video performance? therefore result in ghosting etc..
(i know ppl say using VGA you get washed out colours but putting that aside, still ghosting?)

would i be better off getting something like a VGA Video Switch from Lindy, kinda hesitant cos it cos more than a KVM, but if KVM has poor quality than i'll opt for this one.

i was considering getting one

what are u trying to do, do u just want to have ur pc and xbox360 on the same moniter

if thats the case just unplug one and plug in the other depending on what u want to use, its really not that hard and saves u the $30

plus, i think that first one would give out very poor quality

I have a Belkin OmniView E Series KVM Series here at work for that reason, now and again i bring my xbox 360 into work to play and sometimes need to quicky swap over to the PC monitor to do some work. It works a treat but you can notice slight image distortion
