I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere, but it is in their latest catalogue that came out yesterday. Their selection includes:
Ridge Racer
Project Gotham Racing 3
Perfect Dark Zero
Dead or Alive 4
Fight Night Round 3
Burnout Revenge
NFS: Most Wanted
And Wait for it…
Battle for Middle Earth 2!!!
I picked up a copy of Middle Earth 2 today, I was so happy, as it beats $120.
The catalogues are in the store, usually at the counter. I received mine with yesterday’s paper, but I called the store before going down to make sure it wasn’t a miss-print with LOTR: BFME2 and to make certain they had a copy of the game.

Yeah I wouldn’t expect this discount to last long. They are below cost and only while stocks last. I don’t think it is such a great price for PD0 or Ridge Racer, but for the rest it is. But specifically it is fantastic for BFME2.

Just rung Harvey Norman in the Broadway shopping centre and he didn't seem to think that any games were discounted, is it only certain stores?
edit: just rang them back after checking the online catalogue. It seems the sales staff weren't aware of it. Gonna go pick up either BFME2 or NFS:MW! Woohoo, acronyms galore!

I haven’t checked the online catalogue, but I have the Victorian print advertisement. If it is online too then that sounds promising.
Staff: Yeah that’s why I gave HN a call first. It is always easier to sort this stuff out over the phone. I found that all the games in-store had their original price of $110-120. If I hadn’t of called first I imagine they may have said the catalogue was a mistake.
Remember to grab a catalogue first when you get inside the store.

I got (brand new) Blazing Angels and Far Cry Instincts Predator for $49 and the Games Wizards. They also had a couple of others for that price. That was a few weeks ago though. But for any non-essential games I'll be holding out for that price in the future.

Could this be a sign that 360 game prices will be dropping all round?

not likely. Just a sign that some stores which always charge full price for most titles i.e Harvey Norman, have excess stock they need to get rid of

I dont know, I think people are crazy for spending over $100 for a game, I've never once had trouble finding a 360 game that I wanted for under $100 (usually under $90).
